Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wixom, MI seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food prep, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and train Crew to become Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, stock, and equipment maintenance while promoting teamwork for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; maintain quality and safety standards.
• Lead and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Maintain effective communication with Crew and customers for great service.
• Fill out MSDS and manage FIFO inventory as required.
