Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew and guide them toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and well-maintained.
