Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lansing, MI is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will oversee a busy kitchen, maintain inventory, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and hands-on leadership. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, ensure equipment is maintained, and model collaborative work with back- and front-of-house teams.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized properly.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is maintained and repaired promptly.
• Ensure the kitchen and Crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
