Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Michigan is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise prep, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring food is delicious and safe. You’ll train Crew Members to become future Kitchen Leaders and help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

As a role model, you’ll promote teamwork, uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, and engage with both Crew and customers to deliver great service and throughput.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized and well stocked.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and safe operation.
