Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order ingredients, train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, and ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked for a top-notch guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency to deliver delicious meals and maintain high standards across shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Mansioni

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
