Chipotle Mexican Grill in Greenville, SC is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will uphold food safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and model exceptional service as you help deliver a great guest experience.

You will lead teamwork between back of house and front of house, pitch in as needed, and promote Chipotle's values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure all crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
