Chipotle Mexican Grill in Ladson, SC is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, inventory control, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

You will model teamwork and deliver a great guest experience during busy service hours. The role emphasizes promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, coaching Crew members, and maintaining high kitchen

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures is expected.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; address issues promptly.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use.
• Promote safety and compliance with MSDS and FIFO practices.
