Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grilling meats, and vegetable sautéing to ensure delicious meals. You will order supplies, train Crew members, and role-model teamwork to deliver a standout customer experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked while ensuring equipment is maintained. You’ll actively contribute to safety, efficiency, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Must have basic understanding of restaurant operations and food safety practices.
• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of the kitchen and equipment.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and throughput.
• Monitor inventory and help reduce waste while keeping the kitchen safe.
