Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and excel in food preparation, grills, and sautéed vegetables. You will oversee food quality, ordering, and training of Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering a great customer experience.

You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen and ensure equipment is functioning properly. You will support front- and back-of-house staff while keeping operations efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following recipes.
• Assist in inventory and waste monitoring.
• Lead and mentor Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper equipment operation and quick repairs when needed.
