Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to guide food preparation, ensure quality, and train Crew members for future leadership roles. You’ll manage kitchen operations, supervise food safety, and support both back-of-house and front-of-house teams in delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll lead by example, keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards while driving efficiency and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and address issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and repaired promptly.
• Promote safety and prevent injuries by following guidelines.
