Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure food quality, proper stocking, and that the kitchen stays clean and safe, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience. The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on kitchen operations.

Formación

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• DevelopCrew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and maintained.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and safety standards.
• Perform MSDS and FIFO procedures as applicable.
