Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and manage food preparation, grilling, and sautéing to deliver delicious meals. You will train Crew members, maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness, and ensure equipment is in good condition while promoting teamwork and a standout customer experience.

You will lead by example, drive food quality, manage inventories, and help Crew advance to future Kitchen Leaders in a fast-paced dining environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen and proper equipment maintenance.
• Foster teamwork between back of house and front of house crews; ensure great service.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure sanitation.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO processes as required.
