Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train staff, prepare great food, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. You will grill meats, sauté vegetables, and ensure top quality and safety in daily operations.

You will order food, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and promote teamwork to deliver a standout customer experience. Candidates should have restaurant experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked; maintain equipment.
