Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats and sauté vegetables.
• Order food and train Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain quality and safety of food daily.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and stocked; maintain equipment.
• Serve as role model; promote teamwork and customer experience.
• Support Crew in reaching station goals and assist teammates.
• Ensure food quality and inventory levels; resolve issues.
• Develop Crew members to future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO compliance.
