Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, quality, safety, and station performance in a fast-paced kitchen. You will train Crew members to grow into future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support strong teamwork between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and well maintained.
