Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide daily kitchen operations, ensure food is prepared to order with high quality and safety standards, and train Crew members to grow into future Kitchen Leaders. You will oversee food prep, inventory, and cleanliness while fostering teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll model Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, supervising back-of-house activities and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to understand and communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to order while following kitchen procedures.
Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory; resolve issues promptly.
Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house teams.
Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the kitchen.
Ensure safety guidelines and equipment maintenance are followed.
