Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to guide food prep, cooking to order, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll train Crew, maintain a clean, well-stocked station, and mentor teammates to become future Kitchen Leaders while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality and monitor inventory.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Record MSDS and rotate inventory (FIFO).
