Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will manage food orders, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll support crew development, maintain equipment, and uphold Chipotle’s standards while working a fast-paced schedule with a focus on food safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
