Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train crew toward future leadership. You will keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well-maintained, while modeling teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You will guide cooks, manage inventories, and uphold Chipotle’s standards while staying on your feet to meet station goals and support teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
