Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in the United States to guide food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. The role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, supervise back of house and front of house, and help maintain high standards of food safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and ability to work with back of house and front of house crews.
• Experience in food preparation and following kitchen procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Crew members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor inventory levels and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between Crew members.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, including equipment upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and manage Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
