Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew members for future leadership roles. The position emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced service, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

You will lead by example, manage station goals, and support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
