Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling and sautéing while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen, promote teamwork, and support customers with excellent service.

The role emphasizes overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining stock, and coaching team members to uphold Chipotle’s standards and guest experience.
