Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Normal, IL is seeking team members for prep, chip, grill, shake, southwest and expo roles. You will follow MOD instructions, prep items, portion servings, and maintain clean, sanitary stations throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include operating multiple stations, tracking waste, upholding FIFO and safety standards, and supporting a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion items according to MOD requirements.
• Maintain sanitation and FIFO across stations.
• Operate Chip/Grill/Shake/Southwest/Expo stations as needed.
• Track waste on Waste Sheet per procedures.
• Support shift change with station readiness and cleanliness.
