Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking team members for multiple kitchen stations—Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo—to assist in prep, cook, and assemble menu items with a focus on quality and speed.

You will follow prep lists, FIFO/FDIR, maintain sanitation, and work with the MOD to meet service goals while ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior restaurant experience is preferred; minimum age 16.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD’s requirements.
• Maintain sanitation and clean workstations across stations.
• Operate and support Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest and Expo stations.
• Follow FIFO and proper temperature guidelines for all foods.
• Assist with shift change duties and coordinate with kitchen team.
