Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion items per MOD instructions and prep sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across all prep and cooking stations.
• Operate chip, grill, shake, southwest and expo stations as directed.
• Weigh wings and manage fryers; monitor oil quality and temps.
• Ensure proper stock, FIFO, and waste tracking per guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service.
