Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a kitchen teammate for Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale. The role covers prep, portioning, and station work across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo, rigorous about safety and speed.

You’ll help maintain clean stations, follow packaging and fry guidelines, and support shifts with a positive, team-oriented approach. Required are basic food-safety knowledge, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion items for each shift according to MOD directions.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage; track waste as per procedures.
• Operate stations (Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, Expo) following charts and guidelines.
• Support other stations as needed and ensure FIFO/LDIR compliance.
