Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead Back-of-House operations, ensure food safety and high quality, and deliver fast, consistent service in a positive, team-focused environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor BOH colleagues, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with front-of-house and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and hospitality across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management or culinary leadership.
• Strong track record of leading teams and improving operations.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BOH operations including food safety and quality.
• Recruit, train, and coach BOH team members.
• Enforce safety/sanitation policies and conduct inspections.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Foster hospitality-driven kitchen culture and leadership pipeline.
