Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead Back of House operations, ensuring safety, quality, and speed. You will build a leadership pipeline, coach restaurant teams, and own systems that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You willpartner with the Owner/Operator and Director Team to align with the restaurant vision and drive performance across all dayparts while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards and culture.

• Maintain strong communication with Front of House leaders.
