Zusammenfassung

Our client, a high-end kitchen and bath showroom in Brea, CA, seeks an experienced Retail Design & Sales Consultant to deliver premium customer experiences, guide design selections, and manage full lifecycle sales projects.

You will drive consistent sales, offer personalized design guidance, and build lasting relationships with clients while collaborating in a team-selling environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for interior design, premium products, and customer service.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Kitchen and bath, interior design showroom or luxury retail sales experience preferred.
• Undergraduate, trade, or design school education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium kitchen and bath showroom.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Provide personalized design guidance and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the full project lifecycle, from consultation through completion.
• Follow up on incoming leads and proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members in a service-focused, team-selling environment.
