Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a center in Humble, TX. You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and deliver exceptional experiences for kids and families.

You will oversee coaching, recruitment, scheduling, and events, while achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, event planning, and hands-on center management.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years old.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Complete required LearnUpon training and HQ processes.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiarity with ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, and FranConnect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own center operations: drive KPIs, financials, customer service, and maintenance.
• Lead center sales; manage leads, calls, trials, events, and bookings.
• Foster a coaching culture; evaluate coaches and lead development.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates.
• Coordinate staff meetings and professional development; mentor teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
