Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager for the Pflugerville center to lead operations and deliver exceptional experiences for families and staff. You will coach and develop the coaching team, drive center KPIs, manage scheduling, events, and memberships, and partner with the Regional Manager to meet sales goals and reduce attrition.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months–11 years.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ.
• Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians on various topics.
• Experience as pediatric OT/PT is a plus but not required.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Experience with Google/Microsoft platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling and center platforms (ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect).
• Solid understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily/weekly/monthly center cleaning and task delegation.
• Manage center staff issues and documentation.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift varying by center needs.
• Set and communicates coaches' schedules.
• Promote and sell KidStrong events to maximize profitability.
