KidStrong seeks a General Manager for its Atascocita center to lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a high-energy coaching culture for children aged walking to 11 years. You will mentor coaches, manage scheduling, and partner with families to ensure outstanding member experiences while achieving key business KPIs.
You will recruit and train staff, oversee events, and collaborate with HQ on program standards.
Competenze
- Coaching background with kids.
- Coach Certification through HQ Training.
- Familiar with LearnUpon training platform.
- Experience using Google and Microsoft tools.
- Prior management experience required.
- Familiar with HR/employee documentation processes.
- Comfortable discussing topics with parents/guardians.
- Experience with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect.
Mansioni
- Oversee center operations, KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
- Drive sales, lead drives, and event bookings to grow memberships.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate coaching staff and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate scheduling, coaching hours, and center events for profitability.
- Lead team meetings and maintain high coaching standards and culture.
- Engage families, build relationships, and deliver exceptional member experience.
