Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum with energy and focus on student growth.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations on the pool deck daily to maintain a secure environment.
• Accurately evaluate student progress and complete skill evaluations on time.
• Connect with parents and guardians after lessons to share updates and address concerns.
• Use creative problem-solving to help students progress and stay engaged.
• Maintain and store pool equipment and assist with light cleaning duties.
