Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead-Kids to oversee the Kids Academy operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and safe, engaging activities for junior members.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and supervising a diverse Kids Team, with responsibilities including payroll management, casting and hiring, and inventory control. Strong communication and a commitment to Life Time's mission are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of daycare lead experience or two consecutive summers of camp experience with increased responsibility.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and markets club and kids programs and activities as needed.
• Manages payroll within budgetary guidelines and makes recommendations to General Manager.
• Supports Kids team members with ongoing training, feedback, and coaching.
• Participates in casting, interviewing, and hiring of Kids Team Members.
• Completes inventory and maintains supplies, toys and equipment in Kids Spaces.
