Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2+ years in day care as a lead teacher or two summers of camp with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and engaging environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage Academy/Child Center payroll within budget, with guidance from Kids Manager.
