Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will create a safe, fun, and educational experience while supervising play and class activities.

The role emphasizes customer service, group engagement, and collaboration with team members to deliver best-in-class programs and events for members and their families. Strong communication and childcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and CPR/AED certifications required within first 60 days.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• Must meet all state or federal requirements before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and maintains a safe, healthy environment with respect to toys, equipment, children, and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staff cleaning checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations, provides feedback and coaching as needed.
