Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Academy/Child Center team member to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth daily operations for junior members.

You will collaborate with the Kids Manager and team to deliver high-quality experiences, manage events, and support training, onboarding, and inventory for toys and supplies. The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and program execution in a vibrant family environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes events/programming and assists with marketing to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages center payroll within budgetary guidelines and supports Kids Manager.
• Coaches and develops Kids team members through training and feedback.
• Handles hiring/onboarding of kids team members and inventory management for supplies and toys.
• Supports events and programming for Academy/Child Center and related activities.
