Job summary

Life Time Inc. Wisconsin seeks a dedicated Academy/Child Center Supervisor to oversee safety, engagement and daily operations of our kids program, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality experience for Members and Team Members.

You will lead the Kids team, plan events, manage hiring and onboarding, and coordinate training while maintaining budgetary guidelines. Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills are essential, with required First Aid/CPR and Kids On-Demand certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications required before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists in events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budget guidelines and advises the Kids Manager as needed.
• Supports Kids team with ongoing training, feedback, and coaching.
• Completes casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and assists in ordering supplies and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
