Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, guide interactive play, and help maintain a safe, healthy environment while promoting Life Time Kids programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, group engagement, and collaboration with staff, with certification requirements to be completed within initial weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in stories, crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes evaluations and provides coaching as needed.
