Job summary

Life Time Inc. operates a dedicated Academy/Child Center where the leader ensures safety, engagement and smooth daily operations.

The role partners with the Kids Manager and staff to deliver excellent service to Members and young Members during programs and events. The position includes supervising and training Kids team members, participation in hiring, onboarding and inventory management for supplies, toys and equipment used in the Academy and during events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Assist in events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Manage payroll within budget for the Academy/Child Center and advise Kids Manager.
