Job summary

Life Time Inc. in California is seeking a dedicated Kids Academy/Child Center Supervisor to ensure safety, engagement and smooth daily operations for our junior members and guests. You will lead the Kids team, coordinate events, and partner with the Kids Manager to deliver exceptional programming.

The role requires at least high school diploma, 2 years in a children's program, 2 years of supervision, and certifications in First Aid/ CPR within 60 days. Hourly pay ranges from $20.50 to $27.50.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Prior experience in day care or summer camps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
• Assists in events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages payroll within budget and makes recommendations as needed.
• Supports Kids team with training, feedback, and coaching.
• Performs casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.
