Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Phoenix seeks a dedicated Academy/Child Center leader to ensure safety, engagement and smooth operations for members and junior members. You will collaborate with the Kids Manager, coach staff, and drive event programming and revenue.

The role requires 2 years in children’s programs, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications, with on-site work and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Lead teacher or camp experience with increasing responsibility.
• First Aid/CPR certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and engagement in the Academy/Child Center for members and guests.
• Assist Kids Manager with events, programming, and driving participation and revenue.
• Manage payroll within budget and advise the Kids Manager as needed.
• Support and coach Kids team members; provide ongoing training.
• Handle hiring, onboarding of kids team members, and inventory management.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for the Center and events.
