Job summary

Life Time Inc. Beaverton is seeking a dedicated Academy/Child Center Supervisor to oversee safety, engagement, and daily operations for our junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager and lead the Kids team to deliver high-quality programming and events.

The role includes payroll management within budget, onboarding and coaching, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for Members and Guests. A background in children’s programs and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must pass Kids On-Demand Certifications before first day of work.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and creates a safe, clean, friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists with events/programming and driving participation numbers and revenue.
• Manages Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines and makes recommendations to the Kids Manager.
• Supports Kids team members through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Maintains inventory and assists in ordering supplies, toys, and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
