Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category team and uphold store policies.
• Operate the store as a limited Manager On Duty with management team.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness; ensure operational efficiency.
• Train and develop associates; facilitate cross-training for development.
• Communicate via daily briefings and weekly/monthly meetings with staff.
• Handle bank deposits and change orders as needed.
• Procure café grocery supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
