Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store per Company policies.
• Acts as limited Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding manager.
• Handles customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintains merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Trains and develops associates within category and facilitates cross-training.
• Communicates with staff via daily briefings and regular meetings.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Picks up café grocery supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
