Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience, proven ability to lead teams and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Set example for Torrid Connection through selling skills and service to build customer loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Maintain schedule flexibility including holidays, nights and weekends.
