Job summary

Torrid in Gilroy, CA is seeking a passionate Keyholder to support store management in daily operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help drive KPI goals, lead by example in selling and customer service, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment.

You’ll assist with merchandise execution, operate the register, and step in as acting Manager on Duty when needed. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty/apparel retail management in a leadership role.
• Proven sales performance and ability to lead teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store meets objectives and KPI goals.
• Set the example for Torrid connections through selling skills and customer service.
• Support merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
