Job summary

The Paper Store in Canton, MA is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, deliver world-class service, and drive sales. You will greet customers, explain product features, coach the team, handle openings and closings, and process returns while maintaining merchandising standards.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems. Prior leadership in specialty retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Ability to be mobile on a sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
