Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a confident Key Holder to support the Boutique team in Los Angeles. You will open/close the store, lead the floor, and ensure an exceptional client experience that reflects the House values.

Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and maintain brand standards. You will mentor colleagues, train new hires, and uphold security and stock procedures while delivering the highest level of service to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in luxury retail with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and store operation tools.
• Proactive, results-driven with strong service orientation.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage client expectations.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Skilled at mediating and resolving conflicts.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue by leading by example and coaching the team.
• Open and close the boutique, manage cash handling and reports.
• Guide and support the team when senior staff are absent.
• Provide exceptional client service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Share product DNA and train new team members on standards.
• Identify opportunities and promote complementary products to clients.
• Build lasting client relationships and clienteling activities.
• Coordinate store operations: merchandising, restocking, transfers, deliveries, stock management.
• Handle client requests with composure and escalate when needed.
• Maintain boutique standards and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
