Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to elevate the in-store experience and lead by example on the sales floor. You will coach team members, uphold brand standards, and help ensure smooth store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll partner with the leadership team to manage daily tasks, merchandise, and events that strengthen local brand presence. This role offers flexible hours and a chance to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• A proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
• A desire to grow your leadership skills.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools.
• Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays)

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience on the sales floor with coaching and team selling.
• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and selling.
• Create lasting relationships with customers via clienteling practices.
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the local community and drive sales.
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards and product knowledge.
